Terrible design
It only allows one app per car - so if two people drive the same car, tough luck. Who came up with this stupid idea?
Frustrating Lee Gardens & BOC Promotion Experience
The reward system is poorly designed! To get the rewards, uploading two bills without clear instructions to enjoy half of the rewards is ridiculous. Redeeming the other half at the counter is wastage of resources. The customer service was unhelpful and refused to assist me, claiming I didn’t follow the rules. This process is clumsy and frustrating. Very disappointed and angry!

Badly designed app
There’s no clear pathway to make a claim for the parking redemption. You need to memorize the arbitrary steps in the user journey, which is badly designed and counter-intuitive. To make it worse, the representatives at the customer services desk are impatient and appear to be fed up with the same question on parking redemption, as if it’s the customer’s problem in having difficulty to make a claim.
Recommend: get a proper app designer to re-design the app.

Low quality service
Today is my first experience to try club
but let me not satisfy. Firstly your staff not introduce what member right in club in details. And club area too small for gold card member. Let me no interesting on this area shopping. I also has harbour city member their club area is ok and has staff take the drink and snack to me. So i am so happy to buy expensive items to earn points for extend one year member.

So complicated
I bought something and got my regular parking redemption but then I cannot redeem membership parking? Then why did I bother buying something? Makes zero sense.
Doesn’t work
Tried using email and phone number but both time, no verification code is sent.
Can’t fill the date of receipt

Useless app
I’ve never once succeeded in claiming points - neither shop purchases or restaurant spending. Might as well cancel this programme if you don’t plan on making good on your promises.
Horrible in every sense
The worst app I have ever experienced. Poor navigation, no organization, constant re-entry of details required, motivates customers to NOT use. And loyalty points are almost worthless with matching worthless “rewards”. You need professional help to fix. Ugh.

Terrible parking redemption
Slow app, end up I need to pay for 1 more hour. Also my husband has the car number bundled to his account cannot use the self redeem function
Not User Friendly
App is not mobile friendly so cannot even register on it, have to use desktop version for most things including registration and points upload

The old app was better. The app can only be linked with one driver. If you have two drivers (eg husband and wife), one of them cannot use the app for parking
Upload receipt took very long time
As title but after waited long time let me upload but can’t read the receipts, so need me to upload by typing all info again. If I need to leave the car park in short time, it can’t be done. Pls fix, just updated ur apps today.

Parking system so confusing
I uploaded my receipt for my parking, but I was still charged because it required you to press another button to pay when you leave and I keep forgetting. If I already uploaded my receipt, why do I have to go back to redeem it? Such a waste of users time. The app UX is so poorly designed that it’s not even intuitive on what needs to be done. How do I get a refund on my parking??!!

Worst app ever!
Worst parking redemption experience, cannot verify if the redemption is successful until I tap leave, and the payment method is too complicated, almost stuck at the exit gate! The app is too fancy not good to use. Had much better experience with K11 parking redemption, faster and smarter

The free parking redemption process using the app is awful. It’s slow and it doesn’t even work when taking photo of the receipt. No shopping mall in HK asks for this, they have 3 people standing at the free redemption area only to teach you how to waste your time to download and use the app instead of validating themselves. Never coming to the mall again.

Horrendous customer experience
The entire application and the customer service at Lee Gardens is appalling. It clearly engaged with a below par and unprofessional company to help them design a useless application that serves no purpose and ruins the free redemption parking experience. We will never come to Lee Gardens to dine or park ever again.
