Reliable — Till it's not
I order from Leann Chin very often, love the food and usually order ahead using the app. The issue is whenever the menu is updated menu options stop showing as selectable. These are not limited edition items, they are staples at Leann Chin such as Lemon or Orange Chicken and White rice. On top of that there's no way to report these issues in app and if there is, it isn't clearly labeled. This is the only reason for the low star review— otherwise I love Leann Chin.

Kid’s menu
Very difficult to find the kids menu. I had to call the store because it was listed under combinations. Should have a separate tab for kids menus.

Ordering online is wrong
They have lemon chicken when you go into the store. But on their app you cannot order it for entree, combo or kids orders. They offer great deals online for the food they want you to order - not what you want to order

Unable to log in using GOOGLE for MONTHS… I press the GOOGLE button to sign in and it immediately closes the app. I try to enter manually… they tell me I already have a an account with google.. DUH!!! Very frustrating…. Honestly, it makes me NOT want to indulge in Leeann Chin as regularly as I have been…. Super unfortunate.

Glitchy
Added payment card three times confirmed the number and the CVV code every time and it was not accepted because it said that it was the wrong CVV code. Finally, after five attempts, it went through.

Hooked
Hadn't been into Leeann Chin for years but decided to pop in recently and try their Firecracker tofu (I know... I was skeptical too). It's sooo good! Literally hooked have had it probably 10 times in the last few months. My go to is the one off Round Lk Blvd and the food has always been fresh and workers are super friendly and welcoming. I also love that if they are low or out of something they make it up for you on the spot. Headed there for a mobile pick up as soon as I finish this review. Last thing, I appreciate how easy it is to use the app and to get rewards... but then again, maybe all the rewards are because I go too much...

Can’t even order because it won’t accept my phone number and every time there is an error it makes me re enter everything. Bad QOL app makers should be ashamed
I like the weekly deals
I like this app because you get free weekly deals. Some are better than others but they are usually pretty good. I like that there is a new one each week.

Payment process is manual
They need to allow Apple Pay or for auto credit card input. I had to manually enter the whole thing g 3x to finally realize they must not take American Express (no notice) and then enter a different card. Annoying.
