glitch defeats the purpose
I have learned by trial and error that it’s a very bad idea to delete anything because it will show up again on your order and you will have to talk to the Store. I have talked to the Store over the phone and that wasn’t enough. My phone into the store demonstrated the problem and had the staff try it to two different staff members. Ran into the same problem what I have done to compensate for a time being is to add a note saying do not add this item to the order. That’s not a very satisfying solution the app needs fixing!!!

One of the worst apps out there
One of the worst apps I use for shopping. There is no functioning way to consistently shop the current ad, upcoming ads are not available for viewing, I am forced to re-log in constantly, items in the list frequently can’t add to the cart, the search engine for foods is comically bad, the app lacks filter options to search by sale items, the frequency purchased filter is inaccurate, not all items in the store are available in the app, it is slow and often freezes and needs to be refreshed, and the app displays every item individually in alphabetical order (a nightmare in inefficiency!). It makes me angry to think that I pay to use this app because it should save me time, but often takes me more time than going into the store to make the purchase because it functions so poorly. I do most of my shopping online and this app definitely stands out as one of the worst. If any L&B executive thinks they have a fully functioning app for online shopping they are kidding themselves. They must never use it or test it from a customer perspective. The old app was far superior in functionality and efficiency.

Clunky Experience For Premium Grocery
The app works, but it’s quite slow and glitchy. The payment and checkout is also wonky. The in-store experience is fabulous; I’m surprised the app is as choppy as it is.

I always enjoy products from L and B. Typically product is delicious and fresh. L and B is one of my favorite stores!

Update. It gets worse than ever. This time I deleted my entire list. For the second time! I spent years compiling that list and now it’s all gone. Shame on you.
I’m never gonna shop there again. Target and Walmart are outstanding.
Go to target. Get their app. They deliver. And the prices are much more reasonable. Lenses are outrageous and the service is garbage.
They charge outrageous prices, and the prices keep increasing, so why can’t they put some of that money towards fixing this app.
