The cost is supposed to be $11 for residents yet I can’t find a way to not be charged the $15.

Can’t set up an account, pay a bill, contact support… Might as well just send out newsletters in the mail. Join the digital age!!!

It is very difficult to register for classes. Once you select a class, what is the next step?

Also, the scanners at check in struggle scanning a phone.
