About
What's New in Leeway
1.1.0
September 7, 2026
New - Tap Committed, Spent, Reserved, or Free on the Today card to open a full breakdown of exactly where those hours went — every item listed, including time that wasn't counted twice because something else had already claimed it. - Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets, plus Apple Watch complications and a refreshed watch app. - Your Home Screen icon now follows your accent color. - Free time now also shows how much is left ahead of you, not just for the whole day, and the dock names what's still unplaced ("3 unscheduled · 4h"). Improvements - Completing a task is instant: tap the checkbox and an adjuster strip slides in under the row to tweak the actual time, rate whether it was worth it, and see what you saved — no sheet, and tapping again undoes it. - Pull down on Today for a smoother week navigator, with a handle to pull it closed again. - Timeline items are now sized by how long they take, so a 30-minute block reads differently from a 90-minute one. - Dragging a commitment on the timeline applies to that day right away — no question first — and an inline strip offers Undo or "Every day". Fixes - Committed and Spent no longer double-count overlapping time, so Free time is accurate. - Adjusting a commitment just for today now updates Today's totals, the week chart, insights, and the widget together. - Skipped commitments no longer appear on the timeline or trigger overlap warnings. - Saved time is no longer double-counted when you reopen and re-complete a task. - Apple Reminders: old completed reminders are no longer pulled in, and a reminder with no due date stays in Someday instead of jumping to today. - Cleaned up duplicates that could appear when syncing across devices. - Task rows space their project and steps chips correctly.
