Slow, delay and laggy
Literally the worst banking app I’ve ever had, it lags 95% of the time or won’t load, makes me completely log in every single day and the biometric expires at least twice a day. Please fix this app, I love the bank but the app is horrendous.
Wont Open since last update.
Been using this app for years now, but as of last update it no longer works for me. Freezes on green loading screen and never progresses.
Useless
I will be closing both accounts on Monday.
Log in not saving
On iPhone and Galaxy both will apps will not save my log in information. each time i open the app i have to reinput my username and passsord and it gets so frustrating having to do this.
Missing the eyeglass feature
I miss the eyeglass feature. It was such a convenient way to quickly check my account balance without having to log all the way in. 🧐
New update loses functionality
This new update loses so much of the simplicity and functionality that people appreciated

Great banking app. I’ve never had any real issues and they’re about to update with a lot new features so I’m sure will be even better. Love my bank.

I work here so I might be a little bit bias lol, this app is great quality they are consistently trying to make it better. They even are able to connect multiple accounts of yours to the same app. Which is pretty nice you don’t have to have several accounts through the app :)

Love it!
This is one of the best and easiest apps to use that I have ever seen. It quickly takes me to the information I want to see and doesn’t include a lot of extraneous B.S. to dig through in orders to find out what I want to know. Clean, clear, and straightforward-it’s what an app should be.

The app does everything I need to do without having to go to the bank.
Latest update won’t let you deposit
App is broken.
No bill bay.
After latest update it won’t even let you mobile deposit. As soon as you touch the camera icon it changes the screen orientation and doesn’t work.
I even locked the screen but it overrides the phone.

This app makes life easier
I love how easy it is to check my balance and transfer money between accounts. Transfers post immediately which I love. I can check multiple accounts with ease and keep track of spending.

I have had very few issues with this app. I wish all apps were this trouble free.
Face ID not available
Face ID is no longer working (again) and my password isn’t working either. This seems to be happening more frequently. It is really difficult when traveling and needing to access accounts and you can’t get on!
