Major is at our school

Since the recent upgrade to KACE the mobile app has not worked for anyone in our entire company. We’ve tried almost everything. The login indicates the server is accepting credentials but then the mobile app says user or password error. We’ve checked all credentials are working elsewhere but not with KACE Go. At a lost and losing productivity for our team.

After server update the app no longer works

After the last few updates this app will not show new work order until the next day and when checking recent it now show all work order not the recent ones what ever was done broken the app and made it useless to use.

No login screen

There’s no login field for username and password. The only field available is Server and Login. Not sure if it’s a iOS v15 limitation or not. Opened a support ticket with Quest. Waiting to hear back from them. Works ok with Android.

Great app and tool

I love being able to use this from wherever I’m at to take pictures and be more specific about work needed.

However, on an iPhone, I can’t scroll and select. For my company use, that means I can’t get to my correct location field. Tried to contact customer support without them understanding who I was and what my challenges are.

More end user training and support would be great!

Works for iPhone - looks good

No longer works

This app was working just fine for me before this last update. Now I can’t login. Works on Android then throws an error and I have to login again. On iOS no devices can login anymore. It just stalls. I need this app for my work. I wish Quest would respond.

Worst app ever!!!

The latest update won’t let the app work on my iPhone. This app works for several weeks and then doesn’t for several months.

Worthless now...

This app was helpful until about a month ago. App will not allow login now. Works on Android but not iOS.

If you’re not gonna fix it, just say so...

App won’t save requester or provider

Piece of garbage

Every new update breaks sometimes else. Does anybody test before a release updates? iPhone user.

Constantly crashes

The iOS version of this app constantly crashes when inputting assets/ scanning barcodes. Had to use android for inventory.

Doesn’t work, crashes all the time. Please fix.

I have a fleet of field technicians that cannot access Kace. The last update killed it on all of our iOS devices.

Unable to save tickets or view completely all tickets

When is new release coming out? Its pretty much useless, unable to create or make changes to tickets and save them. Also not all tickets are shown. Please fix asap!!!

Cannot save tickets

Version 5 does not allow me to save tickets on iPhone or iPad

Kace 9 upgrade now you can't login to kace go

IOS update, not only could we not enter tickets with new releases, now after update kace appliance to version 9 we can't even login into kace go app. Worthless to us completely now! Fix immediately!

App crash when attempting to create new ticket

This critical function prevents us from creating tickets while mobile. There has been no response to emails regarding when this will be resolved. Seems like other users of this app also get very poor response.

Bugs in it

This version is buggy, not all the tickets display. You have to logout\in for them to come up. You add a note and go back to view the tickets again and you have start all over again.

Fix it or go back to the old version

Crashes and awful tech support

Crashes when viewing device on Inventory

STATUS not available, Poor barcode scanning

It seems that in some recent version of the mobile app, the STATUS field has disappeared from asset management. This is hugely important for tracking physical inventory, and now we're required to make status changes on the Desktop interface.

On paper, the single most useful feature of this app is barcode scanning.

Sadly, the reality is much more frustrating, as it sometimes takes about a minute of playing with angles and/or using a different light source in order to get it to recognize.
Most barcode scanning apps have a flashlight option that uses the built in LED, but not kace go. Other apps are also a lot faster to read, regardless of angles or lighting. Some even include a satisfying Beep or Vibrate!

This app would be AMAZING if it just took some hints from other barcode scanning apps.

Crashes constantly

Unable to use to view inventory, it crashes constantly. Last update was 3 months ago. My device is updated so I know its the app. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling,. Still crashes!!!
