Major is at our school
Since the recent upgrade to KACE the mobile app has not worked for anyone in our entire company. We’ve tried almost everything. The login indicates the server is accepting credentials but then the mobile app says user or password error. We’ve checked all credentials are working elsewhere but not with KACE Go. At a lost and losing productivity for our team.

After server update the app no longer works
After the last few updates this app will not show new work order until the next day and when checking recent it now show all work order not the recent ones what ever was done broken the app and made it useless to use.
No login screen
There’s no login field for username and password. The only field available is Server and Login. Not sure if it’s a iOS v15 limitation or not. Opened a support ticket with Quest. Waiting to hear back from them. Works ok with Android.
Great app and tool
I love being able to use this from wherever I’m at to take pictures and be more specific about work needed.
However, on an iPhone, I can’t scroll and select. For my company use, that means I can’t get to my correct location field. Tried to contact customer support without them understanding who I was and what my challenges are.
More end user training and support would be great!
