Won’t Load
Unfortunately it won’t load when I try to log in to search their item.
Take forever to verify your account
I got the app 30 days ago and never got verified. Everything is fine on my end but no denying or approval of my account. Seems unprofessional

Fails to load constantly and notifications sometimes do not come through. I’ve missed out on numerous bids due to this. The app needs a lot of work.
It is ok as long as you are willing yo QA and find what was not listed in 1 in 5 items
I have bought $3000 worth of items over 3 months. After buying 200-250 items .
Here is my experience 1 in 4-5 items have defects thatbare not listed or QAed.
You can but brand new cuisinart toaster perfect in description and get brand new item with nonpower button knob or foshing pole
With two rings missing.
As long as you make the trip within 2 weeks you get credit. Be willing to be QA for their lack of QA/testing. Where things get conplicated is if you buy an expensive items that says tested
Or expensive items that could be counterfeit ie Apple
Or Dyson. They take it back saying they have to test and will
Inform you and weeks go by and high probability they will reject return. Even their staff said , I dont buy expensive brand name items from here off the record. OK for thrill of 1-2 cheap item shopping but if you get lured to buy more expanive items or more expect bad customer servive.

Slow and refresh unnecessarily
The screen is extremely slow when navigating and it keeps refreshing the page unnecessarily making you have to start over.
Not reliable
If it works it’s great. But a lot of latency. Sometimes does not even load even with a 1 GB WiFi speed. Needs a lot of work. Maybe then will be great
App issues
So I don’t know what’s going on with their app, but it constantly bugs and takes a very long time to load. This issue needs to be fixed cause it’s a constant thing that keeps going on and on, but other than that, I basically have decorated my whole entire house off of this option. Just one too many app issues.

Notifications Dissappeared
Settings are correct but outbid and auction ending pus notifications no longer come up. You’re losing money if people aren’t being notified of their auctions ending or being outbid with push notifications.

Great Venue and Experience For Deals!
To date I and my daughter (combined) have approximately 100 purchases through Vista Auctions.
I have had very little issues with the app. The issues I have had are not a big deal.
The bidding, purchasing and pickup process is pretty much flawless.
Not to sound like a know it all, but I think different people’s different levels of “app savviness” may be the cause for complaints.
I can only speak for myself and I’ve had very little issues. I love Vista Auctions!

Filtering
You may consider adding gender filter as well. When I filter for clothes I would like to see gender options too.

Not user friendly for browsing!
They’re loosing sales for sure because when I try to browse it keeps glitching and starting all the way back at the beginning so I can never fully browse the items
Terrible since “update”
Takes forever to open, live updates lag, or freeze. I’ve given up bidding on a lot of items because of frustrations with the app. I love vista, but the app has been terrible since the upgrade a couple months ago.

Love the company, horrible app
Love vista auction. We have gotten so many amazing deals and steals. Seems like with the last update the app glitches so much. It takes forever to load the next page of items, and when you bid on something, it takes 10-15 seconds for the submit bid button to pop up. Huge issue when you’re getting down to the last second to bid on something. We have lost so many $2 items due to the app lagging/glitching.

Too slow and where’s the website?
This is literally the slowest app I’ve seen! How can one compete with other bidders in a timely way? And, I do not like that you seem to have taken away the website version, which worked just fine! Bad move, please undo!! ♥️

Terrible. Never loads when needed . Lost plenty of bets cause of this app
Can’t even sign in
Can no longer sign into the app after a phone upgrade. Keeps looping into ‘authenticating’. Able to sign into the website using the same credentials.
