Minimal benefits and difficult to cancel
Do not recommend this service. It is not ideal for any user with legal needs beyond the absolute most basic tasks. It was worth trying, but I do not appreciate the hoops theyve set up to prevent easy cancelation.
App Is Not Functional
I went into the app to try and message my attorney regarding a pending case. I have emailed them, and even called. But, the case itself has been closed because they’re saying they haven’t heard from me. OK, so I go into the app to message them about this, but I cannot get out of keyboard function to send the message. I tried calling them. It’s 3:30 in the afternoon in Arizona and their offices are supposed to be open until 530. However, when I called, I was met with an automated system that says that their offices are now closed? At 3:30 in the afternoon?! That’s two hours early. So, I’m now left with email. We’ll see if I hear back.

Worth it
The app is so easy to use and the service is incredible. It helped me navigate through HOA fees got me reimbursed $606 then helped hold a repair business account accountable for a warranty issue and got my will done. Being able to say let me run this by my lawyer is powerful.
Opaque app
I wanted to try the app but support wouldn't tell me the domains of practice on the app and therefor if it would even be useful. Great idea but this lack of transparency with bait tactic where you have to subscribe basic informations is a no-go.

Our law firm reply’s in one day and we are on the phone live getting our concerns addressed

Does not let you cancel your membership. This should be illegal! They make it extremely difficult to cancel a membership that takes 2 seconds to open. I will NEVER be using this app. You are better off googling a local law firm and they will give you a FREE CONSULTATION unlike legal shield. Do not use. Do not pay them

Scam
They act really nice and attentive , but actually string you along without actually doing anything. They charged me for 11 months without providing any service and wouldn’t cancel after repeated requests. I’ll refund request were denied even though they can see. I had multiple request to cancel and get my money back.

Fails to follow up
I had a disappointing experience with LegalShield. In my case, calls were routed to attorneys who provided very general guidance that didn’t go beyond what’s readily available online. I made multiple good-faith attempts to get help with active legal matters, but follow-ups were delayed or didn’t happen the same day. For a paid service, I expected more timely and substantive support. Based on my experience, I would not recommend it for urgent or complex legal needs. Total rip off!

Peace of Mind
I’ve had this app for nearly two years! Everything has changed since I got a membership with LegalShield. I am no long lacking confidence in speaking up or nervous about going into negotiations when issues arise. This is something I don’t even think twice about cancelling. My law firm and customer service have both helped me with issues big or small!!

Instagram account
Horrible app, i payed 30$ to get my instagram acc back and my “lowyer” didnt even text me back after she told me i would get my instagram acc back which i havent gotten in this whole month honestly if yall cant get my acc back i need a refund.
It’s growing on me
The service overall has been nice. I can get a quick consult if I need. They even include small things in the membership. For example writing a letter and sending it for me. I think the service is best if you’re forward thinking and not in a reactive/panic situation.

Not impressed call them needing a lawyer and got signed up for this thing and then the lawyer they gave me hasn’t even sent out the documents after I’ve repeatedly stated that it’s approved and this and that keeps telling me I gotta approve the original email even though I’ve already done that. I’m good. This thing is a waste of money and a scam. I called up looking for a real lawyer and they signed me up for this.

Don't do it
I am so disappointed in these guys. I lost money that I did not have on the service. They do not do what they say they will do and they will waste your time. I could not be more disappointed.
A SCAM
Didn’t do anything to help. Completely ignorant workers. Didn’t mention all the information to begin with and screwed me over.
Apps broken
Everything is up to date on my end but the app won’t load. Otherwise the service is pretty good and they have answered questions I didn’t know I had.
App Crashing
I can no longer open the app. It keeps crashing. Please fix this!
