App won’t login
Haven’t been able to login since I signed up in October.
No iOS 18 Suport
The app has a very sloppy user interface and since iOS 18 it has stopped working entirely. I’d highly recommend they refresh this app entirely since subscribers are now forced to use a call centre to access services.

Please fix the app it’s not working I’ve tried to delete the app and reinstall it many times but still the same.

Unable to reset password
App functionality is broken, user is unable to reset their password, no matter what combination or complexity of password you input you still get an error message stating that your password is too 'week'. Spelling and grammar check doesn't seem to have been done on the info modal either.
Crap app and service provider
This is a crap legal insurer which takes its own sweet time to respond and when they finally wake up from their deep slumber, their repudiate claims or look for every excuse of noting covering legal cover. Talk about sharks, this legal insurer is a real shark

Useless app. Many functions not working. Promises not kept because of app.
