Приложение не работает!

Приложение установлено год назад. Первые месяцы работало исправно, сейчас не работает совсем: запустить с него пылесос невозможно, посмотреть карту уборки тоже, выставить режим - только с пульта. Техподдержка отвечает через несколько дней на английском языке абсолютно бестолково.

Отдельно для техподдержки: вам и здесь и на сайте люди массово жалуются на неисправное приложение! Обновите его уже!
