They really need to spend some time looking at making this app usable. Constant pop ups, the app lags, it crashes. I wanted to book “la spatula” restaurant, and it isn’t even on the app as an option, even after staff advising me to use the app to book the restaurant.

Doesn’t work for buying tickets. I contacted them to get help - they eventually got back to me with ‘try another card’. I’ve tried 3 cards, all of which are fine elsewhere, and still get the uphelpful “payment failed” message. Frustrating waste of time - don’t bother.

The app has no way to access a map or view the queue times
Do not use!
Do not use the app to book add ons! It defaults to adding another ticket then you can’t get your money back, and you don’t get the add on you want!
