This app is super easy to use. I think it’s even easier than tte website. It guides you through next steps. You can even read through the workbook and take assessments on the app. Highly recommend!

This app is very user friendly and enables you to do all of the functionality that is on the web browser, making it convenient and accessible at any moment. I specifically like the notes feature as you can jot down any thoughts during or between sessions you would like to talk about in future sessions. Overall, really well done.
