Doesn’t work
I can’t get registered even shows the right email. Ask for help several times no one contacts me. IT help at headquarters could help.
Unable to verify account
I have tried several times to verify account. The app finds my email associated with my membership but is unable to send confirmation email. Two other members have tried to log in and are getting same error that I am aware of. Emailed support and have received no response after several days and attempts.

OK, but needs refinement
This is an update to my prior review. Loads very slowly and recruiting links don’t always work. When it does work correctly, I love using this app for signing up new members and accessing my membership card. To achieve 4 or 5 stars, it needs to have cards that can be downloaded to Apple Wallet and a quick, useful interface with reliable links for recruiting. Generally, I’m happy with it when it works, but it needs to be refined to keep up with what people expect from apps in 2026.

App doesn’t function properly
Unable to get this app to work on my IPhone 16 ProMax. When trying to create an account, it finds my SAL membership. Then, while trying to send confirmation email, it gives “Confirmation email failed” error. So, unable to use the app.
Terrible Cannot login.
Terrible. Cannot log in. My member ID and name comes up but when it say send email verification I get an error to contact support. I did with zero response.
