English friendly
We had a great experience at LEGOLAND Billund. Is a lot smaller than other than parks we’ve been to, so it was easier to navigate. Everything on theme was so fascinating for my kid. The rides were smooth. The food options were a nice variety. And I added a bonus was signs in English and many of the staff speaks English just as good as we do back home.

Great app but poor integration
The app itself is fine with an interactive map and many useful features, however, there is no integration with either the photo-app for grabbing the digital ride shots, nor the reserve&ride feature. It became a case of having to switch between three different interfaces to select, book, then capture photos for each ride. Surely there could be a better UX option?

Useless
App would not load my tickets with combo order number. App does not work if not connected to internet. So can’t view park times (as this is not static information but instead just links to the Legoland website - why?). Could not view queue times either. No idea of what rides are until you’ve queued for 40mins. The app should work without an internet connection if you are IN the actual Lego Land park.

Instabil und viele bugs
Die App ist leider unprofessioniell programmiert. Viele bugs, keine durchgängige Übersetzung, Ticket-Import funktioniert nicht, ständige Switches auf html in den Browser.
Da hätte ich mehr erwartet.

Plan und Realität haben nicht viel miteinander zu tun. Orientierung ist teilweise sehr schwierig.
Nicht alle Wartezeiten der Attraktionen sind in der App dargestellt. Vorschau bzw. Beschreibung welcher Name zu welcher Attraktion gehört fehlen komplett. Essen und trinken teilweise zu kompliziert zum bestellen.
Leute von LEGOLAND, überlegt doch mal, die Menschen sind primitiv und wollen es auch so. Keiner hat Lust sich im Vorfeld ewig mit den vielen Details zu beschäftigen.

Wait times given in the app are completely inaccurate. You can’t access much else, besides the map.

I never thought it could be easier to access your pass for your entry! I also really like the map accessibility. It makes it easy to get to rides and attractions.

Nur ne eine reine Karte ! Keine Attraktionen hervorgehoben. Somit sind Wege schlecht auszumachen.

You can do a lot better than that. No favorite rides, no day-planner, only basic infos an bad pictures and the shop feels like 1990. If you charge people sind much money at least offer some good services.
Nicht sehr gut
Man sieht zwar die Wartezeiten aber die App stürzt ständig ab, man kann nicht bezahlen, da der Kauf immer abbricht und manchmal steht dort man hat keine Internetverbindung obwohl man vollen Empfang hat.

Die Zahlungsmölichkeiten funktioniert gar nicht! Bricht bei Zahlung ständig ab. Bis jetzt kein guten App!

you can’t look at a list of restaurants without going to the reservation page which makes you very slowly scroll through every country in the world and enter your life history. no map.

This app is completely useless. Doesn’t provide wait times, and is very difficult to comprehend. I found it to be way more easy to wander around the park aimlessly and locate the rides and shows.

App hat etliche Fehler
Obwohl Deutsch als Sprache ausgewählt, werden die Texte in verschiedenen Sprachen angezeigt. Die Wartezeiten sind andere als vor Ort angezeigt. Und wählt man eine bestimmte Attraktion bei den Wartezeiten aus, werden entweder gar keine Inhalte oder völlig falsche angezeigt.
Diese App ist nicht zu empfehlen und kein Aushängeschild für Legoland. Einfach nur schlecht ohne wirklichen Mehrwert. Schade!

Aber leider wird der eigene Standort nicht angezeigt ,daher wird das ganze sehr unübersichtlich
App veraltet
Attraktionen sind zum Teil nicht mehr vorhanden, trotzdem werden Wartezeiten für diese angegeben???? Wartezeiten werden wie alle Infos nicht aktualisiert. Kein Standort in der Karte. Parkplan veraltet. In dieser Form absoluter Schrott!
