Cefn Fforest closure
This pool gives me as a 71 year old a start to life in the morning. But shortly I will be forced to another pool that will make me travel further and cost me more money to get there. This is a travesty for OAP using this facility.

Tried logging in…doesn’t load. Looking at classes timetable… doesn’t load. Not sure the point of this app as nothing loads.

I have loads of trouble trying to book lately, the app is always down, I end up having to ring up and book over the phone which makes having the app pointless, please sort it out

Fantastic Gym!
I absolutely love going to Caerphilly Leisure Centre. The staff are amazing, the instructors are phenomenal and such a great environment for mental health and welfare. The pool provides exercise for family fun and aqua. Great start to the day! Suits all pockets 🏆⭐️🏆⭐️🏆
Don’t fix what isn’t broken
The app was fantastic, you’ve now changed it I can’t book a class further than tomorrow, also it’s not as easy to use.
Booking classes
Unable to book classes the page will not load.
Bargoed
It’s very difficult to book into cycle hydro in Bargoed, it’s booked out straight away. I did once but couldn’t do it as wasn’t told you needed shoes, I was very disappointed.

App is not updated with swimming times.
Terrible
Absolutely terrible, trying to book swimming and no answers on any contact details given, get on the crap app and finally get to book and you need an account with a ID and no info on how to become one or create a account. No point in all of the leisure centers having phone either, usless
Unable to book session for the gym
Initially the App worked well, now a few months later not able to book any gym sessions. Have to call leisure centres to book. Makes the App pointless. Hope you can fix it soon.

But doesn’t work now as that’s it!!! Rubbish now 😖 no support from CCBC either!
Terrible
Awful app. Works well for a day or so then unable to open it to view available classes. I’ve now deleted and re-downloaded 3 times!!

As previous review. Worked great for weeks but now won’t open and have to reinstall
Delete and redownload
For ages this app has been great but the last 2 weeks it’s been nothing but trouble, I tap on app to open and it just freezes, I have to delete app and reload app , sign in again then it’ll work for few hours then again it’ll freeze and app won’t load, please can someone sort this out as I really need this app working to track my son’s swimming and book classes plus keep track of my points, do something about this quickly please .

DO NOT DOWNLOAD FOR SWIMMING LESSONS
Downloaded with the hope that swimming lesson tracking would be less of a ball-ache. It takes you to the same portal to log into as I do now. Very disappointed.
