This was difficult.
I have an over 60s card and I downloaded the app.
I went to register on the app to be told someone exists with my name and DOB. So, I then tried to log in and the app asked for an Online Username and a PIN. I have neither!
Next, I requested a new PIN which hasn’t arrived and I have no idea what my username is. No guidance at all on the website or the app. Frustrating.

Difficult to instal
It’s a difficult app to instal and use
App performance
The app is severely flawed.. Same goes for the website. No option for me to log in on app. When I search for a certain activity and try to see availability it says it cannot be found???. Needs fixing asap.
Can’t login
Keeps saying my login information is wrong when I use the same login details on the web browser and I can log in fine with no issues. I think the app needs to be updated to sort this issue
More functionality required.
I just wanted to see what swimming was available, but neither the app nor the website fine any information at all. I tried to call the Sobell centre and no one answered my call.
You would think in these days of everything being available online, information would be easy to access! There is a section of the website which gives a button for this, but nothing happens.
