Disappointed
I had my first gym session today. Upon finishing found the men’s changing rooms closed. I was directed to the disabled changing room. Consequently unable to have a shower. Whilst I appreciate the changing rooms were closed due to a safeguarding issue, some alternative provision should be made, and communicated to members.
Another source of my irritation was the lockers need a coin to operate them, and as I had no change I had to drag my gym bag around the gym. Simple fix provide basic info at induction(I didn’t have one).
Hopefully things will improve, but on first experience poor value for money.
Finally where is the cancellation document under the 24 day cooling off period ( it’s not on your website or I could not find it)

Unable to login
Unable to login to make bookings - says service unreachable. So the app is useless. Can login online no problem.
Pointless app
I have not been able to login to the app for 2 months. I cannot manage my bookings on the go and am forced to book/manage my sessions via the website.
This is only a slight inconvenience but as the point of the leisure sk app is to allow members to manage their sessions on the go it kind of renders this app pointless.
I have emailed already about this but as most things South Kesteven ….. it falls on deaf ears!!
