Confirmed Stay Suddenly Unavailable
I booked accommodation through this platform and received confirmation after payment. Two days later, I was told the place was suddenly unavailable. It was frustrating and inconvenient, especially after planning around the confirmed booking. This really needs to be handled better so guests aren’t left scrambling at the last minute.

Using LekkeSlaap to book my recent trips has been so easy! For one of the bookings I needed help and got through to the support agent immediately, who helped me immediately to understand and resolve my issue. Very easy to use, the agents were friendly and I will definitely use it again.

Terrible platform to host with
Lekkerslaap is the only platform that actually charges you upfront to list with them, under the pretense that the payment is used for advertising.
We have our listing on three different platforms, of which on Airbnb and Booking.com our listing is shown on the first page and is usually within the top 5 with a 9.8 review score.
On Lekkerslaap however, our listing is shown on PAGE 8 with a 5/5 star rating. What makes this even more absurd is that Lekkerslaap recommends other surrounding areas in the first couple pages and not even the exact location that was requested.
As a listing host, hands down the worst place to list your place.
