Won’t track steps so logged out to restart, now can’t log in via any method?

Can connect everything, But every time I try to calibrate the watch face just turns around to a random time! Very annoying waste of time and money.

App is ok. Can receive most notifications except text messages on IPhone which is quite annoying.
Doesn’t work
The app doesn’t connect to its server and cannot register new account for me. Always return timeout message.
There is no website to connect either.
So it’s basically useless.
And the watch is useless too.

Won’t even let me make an account
It just says “failed” or “timed out” when signing up. How am I supposed to use this watch now? 🤨
This app doesn’t work !?
The analog display on the phone won’t set and when I try to set it manually via the app the hands on the watch face just go round in circles and stop at random numbers. The app is not very explanatory or user friendly. it’s definitely not helping me use the phone correctly.
