More stable and reliable app
Slow jogging is a low-intensity, long-term aerobic exercise method that focuses on keeping your heart rate within 60-70% of its maximum. This app acts as a metronome to help you maintain a consistent, rhythmic pace, optimizing fat burning and cardiopulmonary function. It also tracks your progress, including steps, distance, and calories burned.
The app offers an adjustable running cadence metronome with pre-set tempos like 180bpm, a pedometer to track your runs, a customizable timer for setting exercise goals, and detailed data analysis with graphs. It also includes beat-synced music options to make your runs more enjoyable.
The app is free to download and use, offering a clean interface without ads. However, it does have in-app purchases, suggesting that some features or content may be available for an additional cost.
Using a slow jogging metronome helps you maintain a consistent, low-intensity pace, which is ideal for improving cardiopulmonary function, promoting fat burning for weight management, and significantly reducing the risk of sports injuries. It also contributes to better sleep quality and enhanced mental health.
The app meticulously records your running data, including the number of steps taken, distance covered in kilometers, calories burned, and the total running time. It then presents this information through detailed analytics reports and graphs, allowing you to visualize and monitor your progress over time.
