AI quit working

After I practice speaking for a bit, the AI quits working and the app only plays my recording, leaving me without the correct feedback.
Also, the listening section doesn’t do anything. Both the Spanish prompt and translation don’t work. Not sure what this section does.

The app stopped working. Boy the study guides open. I can no longer practice speaking, listening, or writing using the app.

This app has potential, and it has some useful content for the language learner, but it does have some rough spots. I encountered a glitch while using the app — and I captured the error with the intention of reporting it, but I see no provision to do so. No email address or support contact access is provided for feedback.

For now I give the app the benefit of the doubt and rate it three out of five. I will change my rating when I see some improvements in the app navigation and error handling.

Note: This error continues as of 20 December 2024 on the iPad OS platform (v18.2).
