Reflects Lennox Quality
Probably the worst app I’ve ever downloaded. Half the time it doesn’t load. 100% of the time you have to login and then login again to get anything done. Very glitchy and hampers my ability to process parts prices and find repair parts in a timely manner.
Too many log in issues
This app makes my entire team crazy. I don’t rely on it nearly as much as them and it’s horrible. Too many required sign ins. What’s the “remember me” for anyway.
No clue why it still exists. Absolutely worthless as an app. (Fortune 500 company)
The LennoxPros website is pretty great. This app on the other hand is absolute garbage. It used to be ok but it’s worthless now. Absolutely no purpose. DELETED

Terrible.
Why is is so hard to create an account? I can’t use any of this apps features without signing in and can’t find the place to create an account. Dumb app.
Thi app needs to be overhauled or replaced.
Very, very disappointed with Lennox for not taking the time and/or the money to make an app that will actually work. This is a very bad look for Lennox, as a company. I have to actually hide myself, while trying to use this app from customers sometimes because it doesn’t work 95% to 100% of the time. Smh, I’ve worked for a certified Lennox dealer for 21 years but I can’t keep recommending Lennox products if this is how they are going to operate.

That should be their motto for this app. What a joke. How can a reputable company like Lennox put their name on an this product? It’s a useful tool if it works but it will never load when you need to use it and that makes it useless.

I often need to delete and reinstall the app. I don’t need to do that on any of my other apps.
Not Reliable
The app rarely loads on my IPad. I end up using the web portal.
Good when it works. But it rarely works
The app is nice when it works but it never works when I need it the most. It will usually stay at the opening loading screen indefinitely. It is faster to call Lennox and wait 30 minute on hold then to attempt to use this app
Lennox pros app is awful
Worst app in the history of apps. Constantly crashes and does not open. I have to uninstall and reinstall multiple times a week.
Fix this app
HVAC Tech here. When this app works its super slow and that’s when it works… most of the time I just get the red Lennox loading screen and that’s it. It’s so much faster to use the website which totally defeats the purpose of this app. Please fix this
App is horrible
This app crashes almost every time I use, loads extremely slow, will hardly load a service manual without crashing 10 times, not impressed at all
Terrible, slow and buggy
Lennox, as a product, is superior. Lennox, as an app, is garbage. With being known as an innovative company, you'd think they would follow suit and create a superior app. I am constantly getting logged out in the middle of switching tasks. Half the time, you can't even log in, in the first place. The navigation is another issue. It's sloppy and unorganized. I really don't think there is any benefit of using the app versus mobile web. Lastly, with so many complaints, why isn't anything being done to address these similar issues? Do the developers not care? Are they ignorant or maybe just underpaid? Fix this, Lennox. Do better.

Frustrating app
Often doesn’t load regardless of wifi or cell network strength.
When it does load it’s usually very slow. I find it faster to use the website via my phone browser. It could be a very useful tool if it actually worked…

Just poor
So many times it just hasnt worked, and usually when you really need it too, load times are atrocius, error code look up doesnt work if you put the “E” in(really poor). Quite frankly whoever they’ve hired to manage this for them should be fired and replaced with a more competent team
