Can’t login using iphone
I have been install and install how many times just to log in but its keeps saying “ All input parameters of the remote API are lost.”its been like that since a month now . Ot never happened on me when I first downloaded this app. Please fix this matter. Thank you.

Horrible app. No matter which way you try to sign in, this app always finds a way to boot you out. I recently tried to log in again after forgetting about their product because of the awful app, and I’m met with this message every time: “all input parameters of the remote api are lost.”

used to be fine but now…
still can’t adjust light settings, like others have said. PLEASE FIX ASAP! Help QUICK!!!! :( What’s the point of having a Smart bulb if you can’t work it via your phone & turn on just as you arrive home?? PLEASE FIX!!! it’s been way too long. Also why do we have to delete the whole device and re set up everytime the network name changes? It’s too hard.

App says “All input parameters of the remote API are lost” - app no longer works and cannot login. I don’t know why they keep this app on the store, absolute trash. Hasn’t been updated in several years. Means associated products are now junk. Needs to be removed.

Nothing but pain
I have one smart light bulb. If the power trips, I move house, someone unplugs the lamp on accident… it’s honestly easier to be without that lamp than to put up with the insanity that is trying to use this completely useless app. Oh, my god. It’s the bane of my existence. I once started a fight with my boyfriend because he swapped the bulb not realising it was a “smart” bulb, and I bit his head off because I knew it would take me 3hrs to get it working again..

I bought the lights associated with the app, now the app is no longer supported! Bait and switch scam!
Doesn’t work!
App no longer allows me to sign in. It says something about “remote api is lost”. I don’t know what that means and I’ve changed my password and tried to re-log-in. It says the same thing.
Keeps crashing
It used used to work fine a year ago. It’s now constantly crashing when I sign in. I have to use another device to just turn off my light now which makes the point of the app useless.

Doesn’t work properly
I could turn lights on/off but can’t change color or brightness as it stuck loading screen when opening the light settings.
