Got the app, and the few products I searched they couldn’t find them. Then they make cancellations a chore!

All permissions are switched on, full access to photos granted but it doesn’t work with saved images,

Poor. It gives the wrong explanation; and although the‘other’ button is there; indicating that it is possible to search for other options, it does not do anything when you press the ‘other’ button.
It is equally difficult to cancel my subscription as I cannot find the buttons which the “help” feature indicates I should press.
This is not a good app - I suggest you look at others before using this loop

I was looking for an app that would identify a brand. I saw this and downloaded it. Normally if there is a charge for an app, it tells you when you see it in the App Store. it did not. after I downloaded it it popped up to click on the right of the iPhone. I had no idea I was being charged $60 for this app. it literally just popped up and I just thought it was finishing the download of the app. I immediately contacted Apple. I never got a human being. I had to speak to a bot. they rejected my request for a refund. I did get one more option to appeal this decision. I explained that it was a mistake because I did not realize that I was because normally the price of an app is right there when you see the app in the App Store. I told him that I immediately contacted Apple, but I was only able to speak to a bot. I told them I should get a refund. Never use the app not even once and I deleted it from my phone and they can check it if they want to. but again I was denied a refund of the $60 well 59.99 to be exact. This is such a rip off. It’s deceitful practice. It’s fraud as far as I am concerned. And $60 for a single app is absolutely ridiculous. And the fact that I immediately realized the company they should have refunded me I mean, literally within five minutes. Apple is so greedy. I can’t even believe how disgusting this situation was. I was so upset. I will never purchase any app from the App Store ever. And I have purchased apps and pay for yearly fees for apps that are very Important to me and the thing is this is an Apple app and it’s just so ridiculous. And I see the reviews are junk anyway so don’t waste your money please whatever you do be careful. Apple just wants to steal your money.

I’m trying to cancel my subscription, but this app is horrible.
Impossible to cancel
I wanted to trial this app, but when I tried to cancel, there’s no way to do so automatically, the ticketing system doesn’t work, and it’s impossible to cancel. Depending on your use case, you can find cheaper apps or free apps that are better coded without forcing subscriptions.
