Misleading Billing
I signed up for $6.99 then was somehow charged $30 for a month subscription before I had listened to one thing. You’d think a Buddhist story app wouldn’t be the one to scam you…I reached out to customer service and they told me that it was my fault and enjoy the rest of the month. So, the moral of the story is…not this app, kiddos!

Also had a billing fraud
I purchased a subscription with a trial and I was charged TWICE for it. One for a year and one for a monthly fee. I emailed support, and I’m clearly speaking to AI because they keep telling me I bought two subscriptions THE SAME DAY. I only did one transaction, but two subscriptions were created. This is definitely a fraud scheme, and getting a refund has been a nightmare.

Beautiful Stories
It’s become a ritual not unlike my mom used to read me bed time stories. The narrator has the most soothing voice and the lesson from the story is deep. I look forward to my wind down at the end of my day.

BEWARE OF THIS APP
I signed up for a FREE TRIAL and authorised one subscription. I then discovered that multiple subscriptions/charges had been taken from my bank account that I did NOT authorise.
I’ve now reported the transactions as suspected fraud and am disputing them with my bank.
There are also other customer reports describing unexpected multiple subscriptions and charges.
