Complete Scam
Signed up for free trial and after exploring the app I decided to cancel the trial subscription. Found out later (similar to others) I had been signed up for two different subscriptions despite getting confirmations they were cancelled. Took 3 emails to get a response from the support team and then 4 more emails repeatedly asking for a refund which I should not have had to do given the fact that I cancelled the trial subscription. This company is a scam and is not in line with Buddhist teachings.

Overcharged multiple times within a week when I signed up for 1 x monthly charges. No response from support and unable to cancel with bank and only option is to cancel card as cannot get explanation or refund. Really poor service.

I canceled my subscription in May, with a cancellation date of May 31. Was charged again in June with a new cancellation date of July 31st.

Despite canceling my subscription multiple times, this company continues to charge my credit card (caught by my bank).
