Asked to cancel and they continue to build me monthly. I’ve reached out to company and still continue to be billed.
This app keep trying to take money from me
This app was cool at first then my subscription was almost up and suddenly I couldn’t unsubscribe from it I mean I did what was said but low and behold it keeps trying to take money from my account it now is hassling my bank account daily for $89.99 USD I’m Australian it never changed me in USD when I got it so it’s either a scam or something else is going on all I can say is the amount of scammers from the states has gone through the roof I mean I can’t even go on facebook without another account trying to scam me out of cash I’m not paying the $89.99 USD so that’s that end of story I haven’t hardly used the app so if there is a employee that reads this message please unsubscribe me I’ve done all I can my end.

Unexpected charges
I did the one year subscription because I was very pleased with the results it gave. My subscription isn’t up until February of 2026. However, I did 2 stone checks last week and just check my bank account and was charged 39.99 twice. I guess for each scan? The stones aren’t even worth that much. I’m so infuriated. I instantly cancelled my subscription and it said I can still use the app through February. No I can’t. Not with each scan costing 39.99. 🤬🤬🤬

Scam site
Will not allow me to cancel. Keeps charging my credit card and will not stop. I have been trying to cancel for several months. Scam site!

Scam Alert – Raristone App
Please beware — the Raristone app is a scam! They have charged my credit card three separate times even though I canceled the app within the trial period.
Here are the unauthorized charges:
$39.99 USD on April 16, 2025
$39.99 USD on March 16, 2025
$19.99 USD on February 16, 2025
I canceled the app well within the free trial period, and my Apple Subscriptions clearly show that the subscription was canceled on February 14, 2025, and marked as expired/inactive. Despite this, they somehow retained my credit card and personal information and continued to charge me after the cancellation.
This is a serious privacy and billing violation. I urge Apple and other users to take immediate caution. These practices are unethical and deceptive.
I am in the process of reporting this to Apple and my bank. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this app and monitor their payment methods for any suspicious activity.
