Used to be a very handy app with limited ads now it’s not even tolerable to use. Constant ads, not worth it even using it if it’s free
Too many ads
There are just too many ads, I shouldn’t need to watch 3 minutes of ads to scan one document, and you don’t need to prompt me twice to sign up for $7/week ad free service. You’re better off just avoiding the app
Duplicate charges
Even after cancelling the subscription, I have been charged. Also I was charged twice for the same period. Also it is super difficult to find the option for cancelling subscription to this app

Its not the original Microsft lens app. It was so good and this fake one is so worst not good for scanning at all
Garbage app
Genuinely the worst app I have ever used in my life, extremely buggy and unreliable + if you don’t pay for their overpriced subscription you’ll be spammed with ads before u can finally export your files.
