Don’t waste your money! Shuts down when you try to use it or have 3+ people in the picture!
No response from anyone involved with it! Go ahead, take my money and everyone else’s from an app that won’t work and is basically useless! Refund please and we can part ways! I’ll even delete my review!
Update is a Downgrade
Since the update there has been so many bugs that has literally made using this app impossible for me. I have a premium subscription that I had been happy for years but right now throwing money away quite literally. I’ve been in touch with customer service and even though they responded at first requesting screenshots of which I sent 8, nothing has been fixed. I am not able to copy/ paste edits, I am not able to bulk save because it doesn’t download edits and many other bugs. I have no idea who approved this update but the fact that this was pushed is absolutely insane. And no help at all in fixing this.

Garbage
Absolute garbage app. Takes up so much space and can’t do ANYTHING. Literally just closes itself any time you open it and try to use it.
Constantly crashing
This ise to he a great app. Now it's impossible to do anything. Every change I do, the app crashes on IOS. Unusable
ai ruined it
it used to be great. fine adjustment, manual and quick settings. now it has to run ai and whatever and it does not look good, and also crashes all the time when trying to save.
Fell out of love
I have used this app for years even paying for it. Recently i have been very disappointed. The filters that i loved to use are completely gone along with other features. Now i had to delete it cause i would use filters and go to save and it kicks me off without saving. Why “fix” something that wasn’t broke?

PAY FOR EVERYTHING
I’m honestly extremely disappointed. I’ve used Lensa for YEARS, FAITHFULLY because they were different from other money hungry apps that make you pay for everything. But, they’ve now turned into another one of them. I think it’s ridiculous that we can’t save the photos we edit FOR FREE like we used to before without having to pay weekly/monthly/yearly. I understand making people for the “advanced editing tools” but that’s not even the case. Even for the “basic” ones, you have to pay to save any photos. I’m just disappointed & I’m contemplating deleting the app altogether.

Problems with this app
The app auto quits whenever I use the AI assistant. Has nothing to do with my phone. Have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. Very annoying.

So fun to use, but now, every time I try to use the Glam, Soft, Mid choices, it shuts down and won’t do it.

Ребят, уже пол года magic ai не схватывает на лицах, я беру простой портрет, и все приложение зависает, но не применяет фильтр, баланс белого стал вообще, переносишь ползунок и вся фотка просто красного цвета.
Глюк ловит
На некоторых позициях вылетает приложение. Невозможно отфильтровать фото.
Good for basic editing
Purchased tokens foe AI credit filters and they were never applied nor able to be used (feedback continued to say “something went wrong you may be offline” I was not offline and on valid WiFi each time. So that part is a complete scam - 7.99 down the drain plus the monthly fee. This will be my last month on this app unfortunately

This app used to be so easy and fun to use. You could choose faces to enhance and edit. Now you hit edit and your face is all distorted. I will NOT be renewing.
