Lensa Crashes
Lensa repeatedly crashes and the white balance no longer works. It can’t handle a photo with little contrast such as an overcast day. All of these problems are pervasive since at least early May. It’s late July.
AI has ruined it
I used to love this app so much, but now AI comes up first every time and tries to edit my photo and I hate it. Plus I pay for a subscription and they’re asking me to pay for AI enhancements if I want to use them; I don’t, but it’s annoying. Last straw, every time I do anything to a photograph a review request pops up every damn time so here we go here’s my review.

Here to revise my review! All of the more in depth settings are back and it is a pleasure to use! I do miss the more whimsical AI packs, the current ones are much more focused on beauty/hyperrealism, but that could just be my preference.

No help to use
This app has completely hidden the way to add a photo. I thought I added one but it says I have no photos. Not user friendly, IMO

I deleted the app and I’m still paying for a subscription and I can’t seem to delete the subscription either… I did the free trial is all so this is without consent

A few changes would really be a huge plus on app! (My opinion)
I only wish app would allow the objects to be moved and sized within the backgrounds.
I’ve had app a long time. In beginning we were able to do these things and it was my favorite app. Now I’m so limited because unable to resize the photo and background to be more realistic.
I also wish app would add on more backgrounds. These have been only ones for a long time as well.
I can only use same ones over and over.
It’s getting boring.
Please update app. I’m having to look at other apps that are more updated to what I need.

Saved Present turns image red
All my saved presents randomly are randomly not doing the magic anymore. It turned my photo into one red hue image. How can I fix this issue.

Introduction of credits
Not a fan of the introduction of “credits” since I paid for a lifetime membership. I personally feel things like AI enhance should be included. Also not happy how on some photos -randomly- you can’t select areas to edit, while on others you can. That should be fixed.
Skeptical
Probably going to delete the app and cancel my subscription after I’m done writing this. They gave you a seven day free trial to check out the features but everything that you would want this app for like AI upscaling, etc.. is locked behind a paywall beyond the free trial. You have to buy these things called magic tokens to be able to do anything. I’m not going to pay for an extra future when I’m not even sure I’m going to keep the app in the first place.

Close button not working
Please Fix the Close Button
I’m using an iPhone 13 on iOS 26.5, and the X (close) button on the subscription screen is visible but doesn’t respond at all. Every other button on the screen works, but the X doesn’t, so I can’t close the pop-up unless I subscribe.
I completely understand that subscriptions help support the app, but I only use Lensa occasionally—maybe once a month when I want to edit a photo. I don’t really need a full subscription for such limited use, so I’d really appreciate being able to close the pop-up and continue using the free features when I only need to edit a single picture.
I’ve already updated the app to the latest version, but the issue is still there. I hope this bug can be fixed soon. Thank you!
