Shuts down when you try to use it or have 3+ people in the picture!
No response from anyone involved with it! Go ahead, take my money and everyone else’s from an app that won’t work and is basically useless! Refund please and we can part ways! I’ll even delete my review!

When I attempt to use the app shuts down. I paid for a year subscription and can’t use it. Can’t get a refund from Apple. Do not download this app.
Photo Reference Bug
After deleting old photos and selecting four new ones, it generated 40 images all based entirely on the old photos, some completely identical repeats of previously generated ones.

To many glitches
I love the app but lately it’s been having too many glitches and booting me out and I paid for the year membership. I’m kind of bummed. Hopefully they fix it soon.
App crashes
I pay 29.99 for this a year. I used to be able to use certain functions for free but now the app crashes every time I tried to do an automatic image fix. It’s forcing you to buy tokens to do so. Don’t recommend
App keeps crashing
I have been using this app for years but the recent updates have not gone well. The apps keeps crashing when you edit photos and is not as reliable when editing.

No assistance ever
I have been paying for this app for years but it doesn’t work anymore. It just crashes. Every time I send an email asking for assistance they respond saying my request has “been elevated to a support specialist” but no support specialist ever reaches out. I am talking months of requests, not once have a received a response. It used to be a great app but now they just take your money and offer no assistance if you have issues. Scam.

Lensa Crashes
Lensa repeatedly crashes and the white balance no longer works. It can’t handle a photo with little contrast such as an overcast day. All of these problems are pervasive since at least early May. It’s late July.
AI has ruined it
I used to love this app so much, but now AI comes up first every time and tries to edit my photo and I hate it. Plus I pay for a subscription and they’re asking me to pay for AI enhancements if I want to use them; I don’t, but it’s annoying. Last straw, every time I do anything to a photograph a review request pops up every damn time so here we go here’s my review.

Here to revise my review! All of the more in depth settings are back and it is a pleasure to use! I do miss the more whimsical AI packs, the current ones are much more focused on beauty/hyperrealism, but that could just be my preference.
