App shuts battery heating Socks off after period of time
I have a problem where once I set the socks to run on interval of 1 min on and 1 min off set to level 5 for heat it will shut off after a period of time. I have noticed this problem this year. Last year it was not a problem. So it must be something in the last update that made this app malfunction. Please fix. It annoying to have my feet go cold when skiing.

Avoid these socks
Over 20 days in skiing this year and they keep shutting off. Contacted Lenz and they said it’s a know issue with the December iOS update but they don’t have any plans to update and fix the app. No refunds for a product that doesn’t work as advertised. Avoid at all costs.
Socks, gloves, vest.
Unlike other users, I find this app to work fairly seamlessly. With serious circulation problems I use multiple products and wish they had sections for that on the app. I am only able to control two sets of batteries. I do not find them to shut off randomly as others do and have not had issues pairing.

App is faulty; socks are great
The app crashes frequently (constantly have to reset my temperature & LED light off settings) and is not compatible with Apple Watch. There’s also no way to turn off the batteries when not in use and they take a long time to charge up.
Requires personal information
This app REQUIRES you to submit personal information to use the app. These are very expensive socks and I don’t expect to be further exploited. I don’t want Lenz junk mail, or my info sold to other for marketing, just to heat my toes. I can’t comment on the app because I won’t give them my personal data. I’m going back to Hotronic, which does what it says and doesn’t require my email address to turn on the heat.
