In order to use this app to even start setting up your scooter it requires an email verification and despite multiple tries did not come through. This has effectively made the scooter I purchased useless. They need to fix this app asap

Пыталась зарегестрироваться, не дает, при нажатии на название самоката - черный экран и все. Что делать то? Вы собираетесь исправлять ситуацию или нет?
Useless in every way
it won’t send a code to register and I put my email in several times, checked my spam folder and nothing. scanning for devices and it keeps saying make sure Bluetooth is turned on and it’s on. At least the app is in Spanish now which is easier to read than Chinese.
fix it
my scooter for no reason switched to eco mode so i only can go slow. tried to switch it on the app and it’s been removed from the store so now i can only go under 10km/hr

Mucho patín para nada! La app no termina el proceso de registro y por tanto no se puede usar la app y así configurar el patín.
Y eso que las instrucciones con el qr te mandan a esta app
