Not showing up on my smart watch

The app won’t show me the CTE/Juvi dates !! I skit even know who to contact cause no email is available

I'm also having the same issue. I don't get all the information such as cite dates, entire phone book, and transfer dates. Any assistance is appreciated
Can see the Cite dates
I specifically got the app because I was told you can view the Cite and RFC dates. I can’t see them at all. There is no option to see them anywhere on the app.
Not updated
I had first downloaded this app in 2013, got rid of it because it was fairly simple and not a lot of information on it. I’ve seen newer officers who have downloaded it and it includes many updates, like cite dates transfer orders etc. I re downloaded it but it’s the same as it was before for me, with the exception of the phone book. Is there an update I need to do to have the other features added?

Only shows information on areas close to Los Angeles. Useless for other areas 👎🏼
Password reset
Great app when it works. However after an update it has logged me out and I can’t log back in. I am unable to reset my password and start over. It doesn’t sent me a link to any of my e mails to reset my password.
I’m only getting
I’m only getting phone book and RD’s. Is that all it is on this app? Thanks!p
Does not work.
The app won’t let me log in. There’s no option to contact customer service. I tried resending a new password option several times but nothing. I’ve already written a review once and no reply back…I would love to use it but i have not had a great experience.
Doesn’t work
Never been able to use this app. I verified my email and it kicked me out before I can even log in. I’ve updated the app several times with no luck.

Hello, i had this app and it looks like it kicked me out once i did an update. Now it’s saying that their is no information with my email.

Liked this app but Unable to log in since the whole thing was revamped a few months ago. I put in my work email, there is no record of me and no option to request help.
