FLORIDA The state Crash Manual — FLHSMV's Florida Uniform Traffic Crash Manual — is now in the Florida section, readable offline. CALIFORNIA — CHP 180 CHP-180 Reports adds sample forms for stolen plates and recovered plates, and page 2 of the stolen-vehicle report. Two California offence gradings now match the statute: assault on a peace officer, firefighter or EMT (PC 241(c)) reads Misdemeanor, and oral copulation with a minor (PC 287) reads Felony, or wobbler under 287(b)(1). STATE CODES State codes are rebuilt/reformatted for the majority of states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, Guam and the Northern Mariana Islands, with corrected citations and headings. CITY AND COUNTY CODES Highland Village, Texas is added to the city list with its ordinances. More cities and counties are loaded, some gained their ordinance text back, and several were added to the picker. Reserved, repealed and placeholder entries are removed, and source links now point to each city's official code where one exists. FIXES • The "Contested — Magazine Limits" note on the LEOSA screen was unreadable in light mode. • The flags on the Translators screen now show. • The top bar on seven federal code screens no longer clips. • City Codes now explains when a city has no codes, as County Codes does. • A code with no source link now shows nothing instead of "N/A".
