Needs updating
App interface is extremely outdated and the keyboard is meant for phones 7-8 years ago.
Not working
This app worked until recently. I get continual error messages. There is no way to report the problem and no support (when I select app support it reverts to the county website which provides no indication of how to report issues). Sadly the app is now useless.
App not working
I use this app occasionally and it has its purpose. Right now, the app will not open. I’ve deleted and reinstalled with the same results.
It’s ok I guess
The developers of the app really need to make it a 64 bit app soon, but I doubt that will happen seeing that the app has never been updated.
Good app
Nice GUI overall. A little flaky at times, but it works. I suggest a privacy statement indicating what data are collected from the user's device, as well as outlining that submissions and said data are public record. Great way for residents to request services.
