I’ll give it a 5 starts when mine can find the WiFi again. With all the iOS 26 public beta updates Lepro doesn’t seem to be caught up with the rest of my apps.

I think you had this vibe coded by a collection of 5th graders. The “AI” integration is just a gimmick, basic intuitive tasks can’t be done. I can create a favorite but no way to schedule that favorite. I have the lights scheduled but I only get basic white. I have to go to favorites, select a different saved scheme and then reselect the favorite I want and will only get it for one night. Utterly stupid! Lights work great but app is trash.

This app is not user friendly at all
I am a software engineer so I design apps myself and this app is so frustrating to use.
There’s very few command the ai even understands and I’m talking simple words not even working such as “ocean blue” or “blue and purple.”
The search only loads 6 colors at a time so you constantly have to scroll up to refresh the page for more, and to top it off the search returns the same few designs over and over nothing new really.
Overall very annoying and underwhelming experience.

The app is trash
I keep trying to put everything and set up everything through Wi-Fi as well, so I can be able to use it when I’m not at home right so I can be able to run it through the network, but it keeps asking me for my precise location and I don’t wanna provide my precise location for the networks they they don’t have to know my network all they need to know is just the Wi-Fi network and that’s it like then run it but it’s keep saying that too many attempts I don’t know what else and he keeps saying and ranting and the app is just trash is complete trash is not helping at all. I’m trying to put everything correctly. I’m doing everything correctly. I’m putting every single little detail on the system for the Wi-Fi and still keeps giving me error errors. That’s how bad it is I don’t understand why it keeps providing error errors, but this should be addressed immediately immediately if you want your customers to be happy start with your app fix your app then you can fix everything else and stop asking for the network location, precise location, and if you’re asking for something like the network, OK, we can provide the network but not precise location and if you’re actually asking for a certain thing on the Settings app of the iPad or iPhone once we. Press the button or whatever you’re looking for whatever you’re requesting please send us exactly to the right place. Don’t just send this to general system settings on the iPad. It’s very frustrating. It’s annoying and it’s stupid. Please fix this app if you want your customers to be happy, maybe other customers don’t have this type of problem because maybe they just run it and provide the precise location. Lacking one key feature and would be 5 stars
You can create favorite scenes or effects, share them… anything except simply cycle through them. It needs playlist functionality; or not even that just cycle through all of the favorites effects

Don’t waste your money!!
Randomly unpairs itself from Alexa… impossible to re-pair it unless you delete the app and start again - I have 6 of these bulbs, it takes forever and isn’t worth the time!
Pointless “AI” Slop
Why would you put AI in an app like this? It adds no value to a user beyond marketing terms. A terrible waste of development effort.
App is horrible
Poor UX. No indication of saving existing profile. Scrolling is buggy on DIY screen. I mostly use Govee products, and they spend time building out their app, not just the product. AI mode, option has Command spelled as “Cammand”. I mean, come on now…
Lights not working since update
I’ve had no issues for over a year now and this last update lights won’t turn on or connect to phone. Even manually trying to turn on they won’t work. Help!!!!

Doesn’t work
Their last app was not bad. Then it stopped working and they forced you to download this one. Now this one logs you out every time you close the app. I don’t want to have to type my password in every single time I want to switch my lights throughout the day. The app also randomly deleted my saved room settings and commands. Absolute garbage. Don’t use the app, don’t buy the lights. Go with a different brand.

Keeps logging me off
I’ve never had this issue before the app keeps force logging me off saying the login has expired and despite logging back in several times already it’ll ether log me back off soon after or the next time i open the app i honestly don’t understand why this is happening and it’s getting on my nerves

It keeps kicking me out of my profile and it won’t let me back in!

every time i open the app at different times i get forced to log back in which takes around 2 minutes which is very impractical when im changing my light often with this app
Terrible app
This is the worst app design. They tried way too hard to have the ai gimmick. Then made the stuff I actually need missing, garbage, or insanely tedious. They could’ve tried way less and it would’ve been way better.
It’s glitchy and doesn’t even load a few things
The app is good if it wasn’t for the fact that it doesn’t load and freezes whenever you click on your favorites.
Scam / Fake Rewards for Canadians
Don't waste your time with their contests. I won the ranking, and they refused to give the Amazon Gift Card promised in their rules. They force you to take a discount code for their store instead. Dishonest company that doesn't respect its own terms and conditions.

Work app I’ve ever used. Deleted my data and saved colors multiple times. You ask their “Ai” to give you a simple purple and blue color scheme and most of the time it responds with “system error” or it will give you multiple options, and they’re all green and red. So dumb, can definitely find a better system. These lights and app were created to make money, not satisfy customers.
