Stopped working
This app was ok for the first year I had it. Now it doesn’t work at all. I can not lock the scooter, track my distance, adjust the speed. It’s truly awful.
Scooter is very good but
The scooter is very good but I cannot figure out how to disable kick start on the app

A friend looked the scooter and now I can’t log on or use my scooter and no one its helping i contact everyone no response

Really good once you figure it out so you might come down here to look at the reviews because your scooter is not registering or your email is not registering. You’re not getting email so what you’re gonna wanna go do is sign in and put your email in and put forget password once you do that you’ll put your email in again something to restart your password then put a new password in then go back to sign and put your email in and that password and then now you can bind your scooter

Can’t register
Just got my scooter and the app won’t allow me to register. It just loads and stops working. I’ve tried with and without Wi-Fi.

Please fix this my friend has been unlocking my scooter through the app on his phone and using it without my permission i dont understand because he shouldn't have access to my account
Works great.
I bought my a8 direct from LEQISMART and the app works perfectly. One I got from third party never connected but once I got it new, all problems were solved.

Scans forever and doesn’t fine anything
That’s basically it, it scans and scans but can’t seem to pair with the scooter, I tried many times and even disconnected my AirPods

I had a scooter connected. It had to replace the scooter got another one went to add that and then try to takeoff the previous one that was broken could not had to delete the account make a new account delete the account and now I cannot get it connected to my scooter at all no matter what I do it just says bind to scooter and then you can’t get past that, after you pick the color and then you set up a name

an option should be added to unlock the speed of the scooter/应添加一个选项来解锁踏板车的速度
Bug needs fixing
There’s a bug on the app that when you try and connect the scooter to two people the original user of the scooter is incapable of connecting to the scooter and the new user trying to bind to the scooter can’t connect to it and the original user cannot unbind to the scooter as the app crashes.
App is a fail
The app refuses to send an email for confirmation. But, the app is only necessary for some of the bonus features. As for the scooter. Time will tell
Terrible
This app never works and I can’t get it to add a second device. I guess my only option is to return the scooters as well
