Too Expensive and Terrible Customer Service
I really liked the story I was reading and spent more money than a book is worth. When their app froze I lost everything even though I thought I was signed in because I linked my email account. However, apparently there was an extra step that I didn’t notice until after the app froze and I lost everything I had purchased. Their customer service was of absolutely no help and I am now disputing the charges with my credit card company. I would’ve gladly finished my book and paid to do so (even though it is ridiculously expensive), but it was clear they are not in the game to be fair and help customers, just drain them dry.

Over priced
I have checked out at least 20 or 25 of these reading apps. This is absolutely the most expensive on $19.99 a week to read maybe 15 chapters! Definitely not a whole book because the chapter prices are also expensive! And it gives you zero ways to earn coins if you are like most people and can’t afford $80 a month! Priced yourself out of a customer with these rates! I get unlimited reading on Kindle for $10. I’ll stick to that.

Too expensive
App too expensive and there are multiple spelling errors on the app interface - for example unlock screen ‘duaring’ reading or to unlock 2 chapters per ad select ‘aracking’ in settings.. all my setting were turned on and no idea what aracking is but never could get it to work.
Author has said first 50 chapters of book are considered book 1. To unlock this book will cost $100 in coins , alternatively $100/month subscription or 5 chapters per day each requiring 3 long form ads and a 15second gap between ad, 1 minute gap between chapters so you can’t even get through the ads in one hit. I understand there are these ‘free’ ways but they are very limited.
I would be happy to pay up to $25/book but $100 is just excessive.

Expensive
Very expensive to read these stories. Not bad stories just have to pay too much to read.
Books not finished
Spent over $100 for chapters and twice monthly subscription only for book not be finished. Great book..romance, suspense, plot twists but not near finished.

Not worth it
The chapters ‘cost’ a 67 credits to unlock compared to the 5-10 they give you for checking in. Also, there is no waiting for a certain amount of time to Auto Unlock. So I’d have to check in every day for a week to get ONE CHAPTER. Super stingy.
They keep charging, no way to cancel.
I agreed to pay $6.99 initially when downloading this app. A week or two later, without agreeing to any additional charges, they charged me $19. I tried to turn off auto bill in the settings, I looked for a way to cancel but could not find one, I sent a message through the app to request cancellation but got no response, I tried to call the phone number listed on my bank charge and it is disconnected. I then deleted the app and now, a couple weeks later, I am again being charged $19. I am going to file a complaint with my bank. Do not use this app. It’s a scam.

DONT FALL FOR IT!!!
WASTE OFMONEY! This is so ridiculous! I spent $20 and i all i got was around 40 “chapters”. The chapters are only about 2 pages each. This book has a couple hundred chapters, so its around $80 to read ONE BOOK!! What a huge rip off!!! Cancelling and deleting this app now!

They’ve stopped reading for coins timer 🤬
You be lucky to be able to unlock some chapters in a day (95 coins) or more. Plus you be lucky to finish reading a book when the author only writes one letter a day. Updates on books are extremely slow. They have also stopped giving you coins for your reading time.
Scam
You can spend £60 and not get a whole book. The chapters are super short, just a few taps. You can watch ads to open chapters but you’re never going to buy, and only 5 chapters a day. Gimme a term subscription so I can buy a week or month and read all I can or something, like Galatea. Credits are meaningless!

Keeps asking for more money
Unlike other reader apps, this one doesn’t my let you read the whole book even when you pay the monthly fee… it keeps shutting down and requesting more coins to read another chapter. It is very annoying
Waste of money
I knew it was a bad idea but I still paid for a subscription and not only did it charge me, it gave me none of the coins or vouchers to unlock any chapters. I updated the app, restarted, and nothing. Just got charged and stolen from for absolutely nothing.

The app contains some great books. However, as soon as I get into a good book, the author stops updating the book and it becomes an incomplete book. There is no information about when the author has last updated a book with new chapters. Some authors abruptly ends a book with an incomplete storyline after you may purchase so many chapter. Its very frustrating. I now only look for completed books before purchasing it. The app does need editors to read these books because their are a lot of grammatical error in the book. Lastly, when I give feedback from the company, in my opinion, they are not customer friendly and don’t value my courtesy feedback.

I pay a 1 month subscription, I don’t finish to ready a story they ask to pay another subscription cause I don’t have coin. I will never recommend this app to anyone
