I can't use my 30 day pass with my card

Why do I have to rely on my phone being alive to be able to get around town? I can't drive so this is an awful oversight.

Bus time not accurate

The app told me that the bus was arriving in ~5 mins when in reality it already passed my stop. This issue needs to be fixed asap.

This app is very bad in telling locations of buses and also it specially stops working whenever people are in hurry.
