App goes down no way to track buses
I know the bus times for when I normally leave but I had to leave work early and had no way to see when the bus was coming for next pickup as the app was not loading saying server not found. I had to wait and freeze in -33 weather for 30 minutes because I had no way of knowing the bus had just went by

the app takes so long to load and will consistantly say theres no buses. please for the love of god fix this POS app.
I can't use my 30 day pass with my card
Why do I have to rely on my phone being alive to be able to get around town? I can't drive so this is an awful oversight.
Bus time not accurate
The app told me that the bus was arriving in ~5 mins when in reality it already passed my stop. This issue needs to be fixed asap.
Confusing
If I buy passes for the physical LT card it almost always ends up on the QR activate section even when I purchase on the LT card fare section, then I’m constantly calling 311 to fix it, which is more inconvenient than how the system was before the new app. I think it’s well intentioned to be more convenient for people but I think a new design of the app that’s more straightforward to people (especially pensioners) would be the way to go here.
