Waste of time
Received a flyer through the door for the Brockworth branch in Gloucester stating that they were open on a Sunday from 4-9pm. Downloaded the app and ordered my food to then be told that the store had to verify the order. Rang the shop as it was taking forever, didn’t pick up. Found an alternative number, which somebody eventually decided to answer, then stated that they were not open on a Sunday and the order would be declined to then eventually pay our money back. Didn’t even apologise to say that they were not open and the flyer was incorrect. Very disappointed will not use again. We order fish and chips regularly and now they have missed out on regular income. Their loss!
