What's New in Let's Gooo

1.0.11

August 20, 2026

Your coach can now set up a new training location for you. Tell them you're traveling or training at a different gym and they'll suggest the place and its equipment, so you can save it with one tap instead of filling out a form. - Drag an exercise straight into a superset during a workout - Remove an exercise from a workout, mid-session or with a long press on a saved one. Logged sets are always kept. - Importing from Strong works with their current export format, and leads with the workouts you have trained recently - Your coach now reads road, gravel, and mountain rides as one training week - Finished workouts can share to Strava automatically - Your weekly recap no longer credits you with sessions you didn't do

Great app

I have been trying to cobble something like this together by feeding my different workouts into generic AI. This is so much better. Nice work!

Loving this new app

Beautiful interface that is intuitive to use! Love using natural language to have the AI coach design workouts and training plans for helps me focus on going to the gym and building good habits. It seems comprehensive and all things fitness/strength (including stretching)!

Great coach and tracker

Great app for training. The coaching feature/Carlos is super helpful whether you’re just getting back into the gym after time off or you’re already experienced. It’s also been great for prepping for ski season and for supporting injury recovery, with guidance that adapts to what my body actually needs.
