Very frustrating game
Not every hand, but randomly the program will select a tile crucial to your win and deletes it even though you clearly select a different tile for discarding. The program ignores your selection for discard and selects a tile that makes it impossible for you to win or at minimum requires many tiles and time to repair. You are left absolutely furious because you now cannot win or it would take you time to rebuild. It was a good game at the beginning but is now ruined with the introduction of AI that the developers haven’t quite yet mastered.

Loss of Heart from Online Game, even when the server is busy
You end up losing a heart when you try to join an online game, no matter if you successfully join or not. I get a "busy server" error but still end up losing a heart

I am loving this game! Been putting a lot of time into the free play mode. I have a question though - how do I tell which wind/season my seat is? I see the round wind at the start but then the E icon is sometimes on a different player than the dealer and doesn’t seem to move per round. So I am confused how to know which seat wind I am. Would be great to have an icon for the player specifically.

One of the better HK apps
It’s pretty great, especially for a free app, but I find myself not coming back to it frequently because I cannot pay to turn off ads. I would pay so much for that and it would be an easy 5 stars!
It would also be awesome if portrait orientation were supported, but it seems most mobile game developers are allergic to making games fit the screen in the orientation that people are used to holding their devices

Hi, to whomever is running the app, I really enjoy your game. I honestly appreciate how solid this game is considering it’s based on HK Mahjong. That being said, please help me sort out my account because I paid for this app a while ago but for some reason I now get ads and I have stages locked up.

How come I’m not getting the Train Hand? Is there something wrong with the system ?
Very engaging
I’ve been playing HK style Mahjong, table style, over 60 years. This is the best online Mahjong game there is, bar none. It is very realistic. I really enjoy it. A couple of comments: 1) walking speed is ideal. The other speeds are very fast and unrealistic. 2) I understand the chow, pong and wu prompts are needed and that’s good. 3) There’s not a way to rearrange the hidden tiles of your hand. It’s sometimes difficult to determine the tiles to discard. 4) I’m not sure why we earn hearts and their purpose. 5) There’s same for the stars. 6) I see other players have their pictures. I don’t see how or where I can add my picture. Otherwise, I enjoy the game immensely and have introduced it to friends and family to play an online game from their home. Thanks.

Always keep waiting
When I tried to finish the “考考你” section, the screen suddenly appeared 小貼士, and then I had to wait until it was finished. Most of the time, this “小貼士” does not move away, even though the 65 seconds are limited for me to answer the question for the next stage, so I miss it all the time, and that is very frustrating. That is why I rate it only 1 star.

Glitchy
This is an excellent game for learning mahjong and improving your skills. However, there appears to be a recurring issue where on-screen tips fail to disappear and become unresponsive. This causes significant lag and can lead to timeouts during quizzes, preventing users from submitting answers and earning additional ‘hearts’. As this issue occurs consistently, it appears to be a bug that requires attention.
