Account suspended for no reason
Very disappointed with LetsRentz. My account was suspended without any clear reason or explanation. I have tried contacting customer support multiple times, but there has been no response or update from their side. The lack of communication and transparency is frustrating. I expected better customer service and a quicker resolution to account-related issues. Please improve your support process and provide timely updates to users.

Wastage of time and money
Bought its prescription but very disappointing. Even after using filters like recently added for rent, the app shows old and already rented out properties in the name of available from this date. It updates the availability of rented houses on its own without the knowledge of the owner. Frustrating both for the user and the owners who have no idea of their already rented out floors being shown as available for rent. The app needs to fix these problems and needs a timely updation.

Waste of Money – No Proper Data
Very disappointing experience. Even after purchasing the subscription, the app still shows old and outdated property listings. The data is not updated at all, which completely defeats the purpose of using this platform. Filters also need major improvement as they don’t help in finding relevant results. Overall, it feels like a waste of money and time. Would not recommend unless they fix these issues.

Full of bugs
I have the paid membership of this app but still then i click on see all it will ask to login if you are login already and when you click on directly contact to request photos it just open whatsapp thats it nothing else…totally frustrated with this app and service
