Account suspended for no reason
Very disappointed with LetsRentz. My account was suspended without any clear reason or explanation. I have tried contacting customer support multiple times, but there has been no response or update from their side. The lack of communication and transparency is frustrating. I expected better customer service and a quicker resolution to account-related issues. Please improve your support process and provide timely updates to users.

Wastage of time and money
Bought its prescription but very disappointing. Even after using filters like recently added for rent, the app shows old and already rented out properties in the name of available from this date. It updates the availability of rented houses on its own without the knowledge of the owner. Frustrating both for the user and the owners who have no idea of their already rented out floors being shown as available for rent. The app needs to fix these problems and needs a timely updation.

Waste of Money – No Proper Data
Very disappointing experience. Even after purchasing the subscription, the app still shows old and outdated property listings. The data is not updated at all, which completely defeats the purpose of using this platform. Filters also need major improvement as they don’t help in finding relevant results. Overall, it feels like a waste of money and time. Would not recommend unless they fix these issues.

Full of bugs
I have the paid membership of this app but still then i click on see all it will ask to login if you are login already and when you click on directly contact to request photos it just open whatsapp thats it nothing else…totally frustrated with this app and service
Worst Property App Experience
Even after purchasing the premium version, the app crashes whenever I try to search using premium filters. It fails to deliver quality results and consistently shows only a limited number of properties. Please don’t waste your money on their premium plan. Instead, use platforms like OLX or 99acres — they offer far better property listings than this poorly made app.

Fake ads
A very big fraud is going on in name of subscription. Most of them here are brokers who have already posted same properties in Olx and Facebook. The pictures, rent rate and locations mention here are different from what broker actually shows. If we ask brokers why are you not showing exact property shows in pictures they say it has been rent out.
If the property got rented out then delete the add from here or mark as sold. I have paid for subscription for better results but nothing new here its same as olx and Facebook groups. Don't waste your time and money installing this application will only cover space in your phone and there is no other benefit.

I had purchased their relax and assured plan.
There are quite a good options on the app and they have a really good customer support. When you purchase a plan their representative connect to you through what’s app and provide a personal assistance to find your dream home.

I was searching for flat many days but did not find good flat. After someday my friend told me about this application. I downloaded the app. After doing few step i find relevant home for me. Very much happy������ with the use of application.

Great Platform, Lets Rentz is an amazing real estate app with a vast range of properties and a user-friendly interface. it lacks a important feature-the option to view properties on maps. It is so helpful to visualize the neighborhood and amenities before making a decision. I hope the developers consider adding this feature soon. Adding a "View on Maps" feature would significantly enhance the user experience and help in making more informed decisions based on location.

I got 1BHK flat easily with the help of Lets Rentz. This app is very useful to those who stay away from their hometown and trying to find property without the involvement of any 3rd person and no commission involved. Neeraj employee has done the great work with effectively and smoothly. Great job👏
My Best experience
I am new to Lets Rentz. Being an NRI I was in need of a trusted source to take care of my property. Got to know that Lets Rentz service was trustworthy through my friend and wanted to give a try. I contacted Lets Rentz and my connect with them got strong as their timely service was very good. They were able to find a good tenant within 3 weeks ,specifically satisfying all my expectations. I would like to highlight that my experience with Relationship Manager(Mr. Neeraj) and Field Manager(Mr Rahul) are extremely good. They were always available for me inspite of my timings to reach them was out of their working hours. Based on my experience, I recommend Lets Rentz for all your property rental services. Definitely their service will be beyond your expectations.

1. Google integration signin is not working.
2 Once user has already added the location then why it is asking for the location each and everytime even on a page back.
3. While sending enquiry, message should be the optional field.
4. In the “what are you searching for” field, there should be checkboxes instead of radio button because can search for more than one item according to his budget.
Lets say user is having the budget of 6000 but user wants to search for both house/flat or pg but there is no option to select both of these options. User is restricted to seach for only one option.
5. Filter box edges are not round.
6. Not showing any results of budget 50 k in mohali.
7. There should be the option to see the old enquiries, so if user wants to check any old query, so user can do it from there. No need to create the same query again and again.

I got awareness for this app socially and after that I download it and I was looking to get pg as per my required location so I found easily. Also it’s easy to use and easy to direct contact with landlord without paying any commission. Happy to used it. Preferred to use it
