Doesn’t Work Properly
Doesn’t stay connected and does not track sleep properly. When it is connected there is no way to transfer calls to the phone or audio from the watch. I definitely would not purchase again. The older version worked much better.

Not Monitoring Sleep
One of the main reasons I bought this watch was because it would show your sleep patterns. I think it worked once since I’ve had it in the past two weeks. Setting shows it’s not even connected. Meanwhile, I pressed every button I can on the watch and in the app. Not easy to navigate this watch. The little booklet that comes with it is useless. Very disappointed. I’m going to try to call the company or someone tomorrow. If there’s no contact, I will return it.

User friendly
There is no place for a help area. No place to download all contacts to my watch from my phone.
Spotty
Loved all the features that this device offered. However, heaven forbid you let the battery run all the way down, and then you lose your custom watch face choice, and your list of contacts. Speaking of watch faces, the choices are so silly and loud looking. Just a simple digital option with date and day. I wish now I had not gotten rid of my old watch.

Pairing difficulty
The watch often disconnects from the phone. It’s difficult to re-pair when you go to discoverable. It’s frustrating.
The App
This app is so hard for me to use. I can’t get much to work on it. I can’t get my phone paired to it. Things pop up on it, I don’t know how I got it and I can’t find it again.

Won’t Connect
I had to download this app bc the Letsfit one won’t work. I had to create a new account even though I’ve used my watch for years. This app will not scan the QR code from my watch, so both are useless.

Horrible
Keeps disconnecting my e27 watch, phone calls don’t always work periodically says call Bluetooth . PLEASE fix the Letsfit app( it is a known issue with customer service) that it says it doesn’t recognize email address. Customer service sent me the e27 to use with Letsfit life but I want to be able to use the e26 which was much better but worked with Letsfit app. Customer service said it would be fixed but it’s 3 months already

Won’t stay connected
Ugh! This smart watch is very annoying. It will not stay paired to my iPhone. Extremely frustrating and very irritating. You get what you pay for. 😤👎🏼
Poor quality
Can’t enter the location, won’t let me set proper birthday, not reading information from the watch when testing or measuring.
Decent watch
Decent watch. App is easy to navigate. It will reset all settings when battery gets low. Also, you can’t lock the watch face which is the most infuriating thing to look at it and have a different watch face every time. If it wasn’t for that I’d give it 5 stars cause it’s decent and comfortable

Won’t Connect to Charge
The watch will sit on the magnetic charging cable for days and will not recharge. I am so frustrated with this watch. Don’t waste your money!
Changes needed
I can't find the volume, the weather does not set and I can not set the date. The weight Is in Kg and nothing is easy to find. Even the face keeps changing. It's a good device but these things must change.
Messages and time & date display
I bought this Letsfit life watch (2 for $49.99) on Dec 1st. I gave one for a Christmas gift and kept one for myself. The gift works just fine, but on mine I cannot get any text messages and my time/date display will not stay as I chose. I cannot find a phone number to call for help.
