I can’t create an account using the app. What good is the watch without an account?

My watch was working and after recharging it went 4mins behind time and then 5mins behind time. It won’t go pass the the information when I put in personal information

What is wrong with this app? I entered my information and it won’t go beyond where it asks for information such DOB, weight, height, etc. when I try to log in it doesn’t recognize my email citing email not registered. I’m not able to set up my watch as a result. What’s the problem?

Tried to log into app and it doesn’t allow you to log in. Tried to make a new account and wouldn’t let you. I bought the watch but the app doesn’t work. What a waste. So disappointed.
It won’t let me create an account even after verification of my email
I have done all the steps but when I get to the button that says join Letsfit it won’t go anywhere I did get a verification email and did the steps for that but when I went to sign in it told my my email wasn’t registered so im at a loss at this point and this is just a waste of time and money
Glitched
I’ve had the ew1 for a few years now and it used to work perfectly fine with the app. Now it won’t let me log in or create an account. I’m stuck using default settings and basic mode. If this were fixed, easy 5 stars since it had worked for me perfectly until now. The watch is working as intended, just the app that’s all glitched out for the past ~6 months.

Do Not Buy This Company’s Watches
Tried to create an account in this app. Won’t let me. Just spins. So my new watch is trash. Run far away from these watches and this company.

I bought this smart watch and the sign up page on this app is not working. I filled out all my stats and it won't proceed to the next page when I hit the button. I really want to use my watch so this is very frustrating. Please fix your app!

Unbelievable luck of support
The app is not working simce like last November, rendering my watch pretty much useless, which doesn’t seem to bother the developer nor the company a bit. Not sure how they can get away with it on app store..

Connection
For people that are locked out. I had to delete the app and then reinstall it and use Basic mode and it worked. It did ask to reset the watch in the settings as well
Extremely disappointed
I used the Let’s Fit app and watch for years without any issues and was very happy with the product. Unfortunately, about a year ago the app started consistently malfunctioning and stopped reliably tracking my sleep.
I logged out and reinstalled the app, hoping to fix the problem, but I have never been able to log back in. I also cannot create a new profile. After multiple attempts, I eventually gave up.
Recently, I decided to try again after nearly a year, but I still cannot log in or create a new account. Since the watch depends on the app to function, the device has essentially become unusable.
It’s disappointing because this was once a reliable product that I recommended to family members. I hope the developers address the login and account issues so long-time users can use their devices again.
