I bought this smart watch and the sign up page on this app is not working. I filled out all my stats and it won't proceed to the next page when I hit the button. I really want to use my watch so this is very frustrating. Please fix your app!

The app is not working simce like last November, rendering my watch pretty much useless, which doesn’t seem to bother the developer nor the company a bit. Not sure how they can get away with it on app store..

Connection
For people that are locked out. I had to delete the app and then reinstall it and use Basic mode and it worked. It did ask to reset the watch in the settings as well
Extremely disappointed
I used the Let’s Fit app and watch for years without any issues and was very happy with the product. Unfortunately, about a year ago the app started consistently malfunctioning and stopped reliably tracking my sleep.
I logged out and reinstalled the app, hoping to fix the problem, but I have never been able to log back in. I also cannot create a new profile. After multiple attempts, I eventually gave up.
Recently, I decided to try again after nearly a year, but I still cannot log in or create a new account. Since the watch depends on the app to function, the device has essentially become unusable.
It’s disappointing because this was once a reliable product that I recommended to family members. I hope the developers address the login and account issues so long-time users can use their devices again.

The App Won’t Let Me In!
I’ve had a Letsfit watch for a while. The first time I used the app everything was fine. Now every time I try to put my email in it says email not found or won’t let me log in. I even tried making a new account. It keeps saying please wait and gets me no where. I tried emailing the company and they didn’t reply. I’m so annoyed. I don’t recommend the watch or the app.

Unable to join app
I have tried at least a dozen times to join the app. When you hit join it just reverts back to join. you can’t actually get into the app. I have reached out to Letsfit with no response. If I can’t resolve this issue I will have to return the watch because without the app it is useless
The watch itself is very accurate and nice but the app is very laggy.
Every time I try to create an account, it loads and will not go onto the next screen. I’ve tried on several devices but it won’t work.

When trying to create a password the join LetsFit button will buffer then reset and will not let me create an account
It’s not working in 2026
I try to join let’s fit and I have to login first with a email. I bought the watches for more accuracy and if I’m unable to login then the watches feel pointless. The issue is that I put my email and password agree to everything and then put my information in and once I press log in it does a loading cycle and stops.

Needs to improve the sign up
So after you do your email and password the it goes to your health then the very last thing is the birthday then the join Letsfit button turn green and when I go to click on it, it won’t do anything

I can’t even create an account. All the information is in correctly but the button labelled Join Letsfit does nothing when clicked on
