A really great App for accessing workspaces between meetings. Already had some of my favorite cafes on it so win/win.
Such a great product
Love using Letswork, I work from home so at least once a week I like a change of scenery. Loads of fantastic venues on the app and really well priced.
Unusable app
The concept is good, but the maps / and finding a location are unsable as the app crashes each time you click a location to check it out

Love the latest iteration!
I’ve been working remotely around the world for years and honestly Letswork is probably the best app that any remote worker could have in their arsenal, especially anyone based in the UAE. It’s nice to be able to explore new cafes and work-friendly spots without having to keeping spending an arm and a leg to enjoy the space. I’ve found some of my favourite cafes in Dubai through the app.
The app had some hiccups at the beginning, but it seems like almost all the issues have been ironed out. I love the current iteration (v4.3.15) - it’s super user friendly and it’s such a smooth UX

Really big variety of spots - reasonable prices - and simple 1-tap checkin process
Life saver for me who recently moved to Dubai
One suggestion: Please add a saved list or just show the last checked in spot somewhere simple - I spend my first 1-2 minutes finding my coworking spot on the map when I’m at the door - kind of a annoyance on your recurring user path

£130 for an app I used once..
Signed up for a free trial while in Dubai. Trial credits couldn’t be used for a day pass, charged £30. They automatically renewed my membership, charged £50. I cancelled through the app but they’ve taken another £50 this month... £130 for an app I used once, total scam
Total rip off
This app is a total rip off. It asks you to sign up for a free trial and gives you “free credits” but then these can’t be redeemed on day passes so just sit in your account. They then automatically charge you for a subscription and have been taking money out of my account without my authorisation. Very difficult to cancel and support is not helpful. Avoid this app. Total scam

At first I was a little skeptical before downloading the app (even though LetsWork was highly recommended by a friend) due to a poorly written review claiming something about money disappearing. However, after using the app myself I felt a duty to comment to discredit those reviews and offer the appstore an honest review from a working man just like yourselves. A man who’s just trying to make it in this highly competitive market.

I have been working solo in dubai for months now and Letswork helped me to integrate in a new community with flexible and affordable offers around the city! Would 100% recommend.

Worst App
Have you ever tried to get a refund from this company? It’s almost impossible and they send you round the houses. Do not commit payment unless you are sure you do not want to see it again.
OTP doesn’t work.
Tried with two different phone numbers.
Remote job
I moved to Dubai from the US to remote work for better weather. This app was a no brainier, like class pass for work!
