Payed but nothing opens now
I payed to have access to all the activities and it unlocked them for a night and then the next day none of the activities would open and now the app doesn't open. I feel robbed.

This app has letters and 26 letters!
App is black screen and doesn’t work.
I deleted and reinstalled this app and still get a black screen. I have tons of storage on my phone, so it is not that.

Paid for a upgrade of $2.99 & I still don’t get all the letters complete rip-off!

If the app is not unlock, you can try going to the Parents section in the app (or Settings) and tapping on the Restore button. The Restore button can also be found on the main screen in some of our newer apps. Please contact our technical support for more help.
Version issues but has real potential
I have liked the simplicity of 22 Learn products and especially the constant audio identification of items. The real problems are that there several version of the same or similar products with the best features requiring payments and I can’t tell which is the good one that actually works 🤷♀️and I feel like they definitely took one of my payments but didn’t give me the full features. Sooo it’s sad because it’s really good *if* you can find the right version that actually works ugh! Please fix because it’s one of the simpler apps that allows your kid to work it pretty independently which is what I’m looking for. Would be 5 stars
