Payed but nothing opens now

I payed to have access to all the activities and it unlocked them for a night and then the next day none of the activities would open and now the app doesn't open. I feel robbed.

App is black screen and doesn’t work.

I deleted and reinstalled this app and still get a black screen. I have tons of storage on my phone, so it is not that.

If the app is not unlock, you can try going to the Parents section in the app (or Settings) and tapping on the Restore button. The Restore button can also be found on the main screen in some of our newer apps. Please contact our technical support for more help.

Version issues but has real potential

I have liked the simplicity of 22 Learn products and especially the constant audio identification of items. The real problems are that there several version of the same or similar products with the best features requiring payments and I can’t tell which is the good one that actually works 🤷‍♀️and I feel like they definitely took one of my payments but didn’t give me the full features. Sooo it’s sad because it’s really good *if* you can find the right version that actually works ugh! Please fix because it’s one of the simpler apps that allows your kid to work it pretty independently which is what I’m looking for. Would be 5 stars

Doesn’t work! Save your money

Did the free app. Worked for like 5 letters, then it wants you to pay 2.99. Bought it, nothing but black screen. Help says the problem is due to space on my phone, but I’m not even using 1/2 of my phone capacity. Don’t bother even downloading the free version of this! Have the newest iPhone, not an old updating system.

The j and i are identical. WHY???

Got this for letter recognition practice and actually paid for it before realizing that the lower case j and i are IDENTICAL. My 5 year old was so confused and I’m still mad about it. Like....YOU HAD ONE JOB 🤦‍♀️
PLEASE fix this!!!!!

Save your money

It is not worth it the abc alphabet song was very vague you can tell they just wanted the money didn’t care for the business whoever created this app must not have put much time into it things are just everywhere

Black screen on iPad Pro

Liked the free version only to be greeted with a black screen when launching the paid upgrade.

j and i

They look exactly the same, as the lowercase j does not have any curve. It is especially confusing because the j and I are right next to one another. Also, the connect the dots is too small and close together. I wish it worked on letter sounds more too. Not bad for $3 I guess!

Disappointed

2 of the 4 games in this bundle don’t work, Phonics on the Farm am the Alphabet game. It is disappointing after paying the extra when I originally was just going to purchase Phonics Island.

Excellent Learning app and great customer service

This app is great for my daughter! I have 4 of there apps and she loves them all, all great learning apps. I had an issue with downloading my purchased apps onto a new iPad and I contacted the company. Bohumil contacted me right back and helped me fix and resolve the issue immediately. Thank you Bohumil for your help!

If it does not help, I recommend deleting the app, restarting your device and reinstalling the app. If it does not help, please contact our technical support.

Non responsive

New update does not fully open app. Screen goes black when trying to enter home screen.

Paid full version doesn't open without extra steps

I paid for the full version. Why do I have to open the free version, click on full version, solve a math problem and then get access?? It could be a great learning tool if my son could just open it (only reason I give it 2 stars.) Do better; especially since you're charging people.
