Fun Game But NO Support
I’ve enjoyed this game for a while but it’s been over two weeks now that the game offers me no hint opportunities. None! I wrote the developers two weeks ago and I have not received a response. This is an older game that has been around for a while now. I think the support team is gone. Fair warning to any newcomers: you are on your own. There is no one in the office to help you.

Used to be a good game
I've been playing Letter Soup for years. It used to be a lot of fun, and it used to even give you definitions when the words were not necessarily recognizable. But someone came in and changed everything. No more access to dictionary definitions, and it's very difficult to get hints anymore without buying them. They used to allow you to watch an ad to get hints. Now, they only want you to buy them and don't give you the option of watching the ads. Some of the words that they put in this puzzle don't even exist. They probably come from other languages or something, but even AI could not help me figure out the last clue to the puzzle. Then real words that exist, like the word "tote," aren't even in the puzzle! So, we have real words that are not in the puzzle and fake words only used by people in the 1700s in the puzzle. I am becoming exceedingly discouraged and will most likely stop playing this game. It's a shame because I thought it was one of the better ones available.

After years of playing this game I can no longer get free hints. Why after so long. Disappointing to have to delete this game. Really enjoyed it
